Delete your account
Remove your Zecuri account and all associated sync data.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Your vault and all sync metadata will be deleted from Zecuri servers.
If you want to delete your Zecuri account and all associated data, follow these steps:
Open the Zecuri Chrome extension
Click the Zecuri icon in your toolbar, then go to Settings → Account and click Delete Account.
Confirm your master password
Enter your master password to verify, then click Confirm.
Final confirmation
You'll be asked once more. Click Yes, delete everything. Your account is deleted within 24 hours.
What gets deleted?
All sync metadata, peer-discovery records, and activity logs on Zecuri servers. Your encrypted vault remains on your local device until you remove the extension.
Can't access the extension? Email [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and your account email. We process requests within 30 days (GDPR compliance).
